Playing & Settings
How do I start a puzzle?
Choose a game from the library, choose a level, and follow its introduction. You can retry a level or revisit one you have completed.
While playing, pause and open Settings → Help & Privacy → How to play for the current game's guide. From the library, How to play introduces the collection.
Where are sound and display options?
In Settings → Audio, adjust Music, Sound effects, their volume, and Haptics. Haptic feedback depends on device support.
In Settings → Performance, choose Battery saver or High FPS. Battery saver takes priority; the displayed frame-rate target is not a guarantee of the device's actual performance.
How do I reset progress?
Open Settings → Help & Privacy → Reset progress. Read the confirmation, then choose Confirm reset to continue, or Cancel to keep your progress.
Reset clears completed levels, best scores, best times, and tutorial history on this device. It also ends any paused level. Your audio and performance preferences stay as they are. The reset cannot be undone in the game.
This resets the game's local progress. It does not remove separate copies in a device backup.
Can I move progress to another device?
The current game stores progress on your device. There is no Coglumi account or developer-operated cloud save, and support cannot restore a server copy.
Apple or Android device backup and transfer may handle local app data according to your platform's settings. App removal and device changes can lose progress; separate backups may retain it.
What happens when I open a help or privacy page?
The game opens the HTTPS page in a browser-owned sheet: Safari on iOS, or a Custom Tab from your browser on supported Android devices. Close the sheet to return to Coglumi. On Android, if Custom Tabs are unavailable, Coglumi shows an unavailable message.
The game does not read the page, your browsing history, or browser sign-in details. Visiting a website and sending an email are separate from offline gameplay; see the privacy notice.
Is Coglumi a health or intelligence test?
No. Coglumi is puzzle entertainment. Scores, completion records, and times are game results, not medical, intelligence, or cognitive-health assessments. The game does not provide medical advice or diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a condition.
