About this policy
This privacy policy covers Coglumi, a puzzle collection developed under the Dexter Interactive studio brand, and this Coglumi website. It describes the current development version of the game. Privacy questions go to privacy@dexterinteractive.com.
What stays on your device
The game works offline and does not require an account. It stores completed levels, best scores, best times, and tutorial history locally, together with your music, sound, haptic, and performance preferences. These records let the game remember your progress and Settings.
The current game does not send these records to Dexter Interactive. It has no advertising, in-app purchases, analytics, tracking identifiers, account service, or developer-operated cloud save. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or health records. Audio playback and optional haptic feedback do not require recording you.
Game results are entertainment scores. They are not measurements of intelligence or cognitive health, and the game does not provide medical advice.
Retention, reset & device backups
Local game records remain on your device until you clear them or your device removes them. In Settings → Help & Privacy → Reset progress, choose Confirm reset to clear level completion, best scores, best times, and tutorial history. Reset also ends a paused level; it preserves your audio and performance preferences. See support for the steps.
To remove other local app data, use your operating system's app-storage or app-removal controls. Platform backup and transfer services may retain or restore a separate copy of local data according to your Apple or Android settings. A game reset or uninstall does not guarantee deletion of those backups. Manage those copies through your platform's backup controls.
Dexter Interactive does not hold a server copy of your game progress to retrieve or delete.
When you open a page
Support, Privacy, and Terms in Settings open HTTPS pages in a browser-owned Safari sheet on iOS or a browser Custom Tab on supported Android devices. If Android Custom Tabs are unavailable, Coglumi shows an unavailable message. The game does not read the page, browser credentials, or browsing history. Your browser and platform handle that visit under their own settings and notices.
This static website has no support form, sign-up, advertising, third-party fonts, analytics scripts, or site code that sets cookies. These pages are hosted by Vercel. Serving them involves technical requests, including an IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Vercel processes and may retain technical request and security data under its operational controls; retention varies with security, legal, contractual, and business needs as described in Vercel's Privacy Notice. Authorized studio team members and Vercel personnel may access operational information under their access controls. These records are separate from local game progress. Contact the privacy address below for questions about website data or deletion.
If you choose to email us
Email links open your mail app with a Coglumi subject. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. If you contact support or the privacy desk, the studio receives your email address and the message or attachments you supply so it can respond.
Handling, retention, and deletion of that correspondence are covered by the separate Dexter Interactive contact privacy notice. You can ask the privacy desk about a message you sent or request its deletion. Please do not send passwords or sensitive medical information.
Children & families
The current game's offline progress and preferences stay local for players of every age. The game does not request a child's name, email, or other personal information to play. Parents and guardians can contact the studio about privacy or support on a child's behalf and should share only what is needed.
Optional email and website requests are handled as described above; they are not part of the local puzzle record.

If the game's data practices change, this notice and the relevant store disclosures need to reflect the changed version. Check the date above when reviewing this notice.
